Your free intro session is a full hour. We start with about 20 minutes getting to know you — your workout history, any medical considerations, and your goals. Then your coach walks you through how resistance training, nutrition, and your body all work together. After that, you'll do a 20-minute coached workout so you can experience our training style firsthand. At the end, we'll walk you through how our program works and whether it's the right fit for you.
Absolutely not. We work with all fitness levels — from complete beginners to experienced athletes. In fact, some of our best transformations have come from people who felt intimidated to start. Our coaches are trained to meet you exactly where you are.
At our Hanover location, we offer exclusively 1-on-1 Personal Training — one coach, one client, every session. This means your program is fully customized to you, your coach gives you their complete attention, and every workout is adjusted in real time based on how you're feeling and performing that day. Nutrition planning is included with all programs.
We're transparent about this from day one. We do offer commitment-based programs because consistency drives results, but we walk you through all terms clearly before you sign anything. We also offer flexible options. No surprises, ever.
